2. Pricing and availability. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We may cancel and refund any order affected by a pricing error or that we can't fulfill.

3. Orders and payment. You agree to provide accurate purchase and shipping information. Sales tax is charged where required.

5. Intellectual property. All designs, text and images on this site belong to Hydro Shasta and may not be copied or resold without written permission.
